Chatham, Ontario
In operation since 1998, our Chatham Distillery is unique in that it a fully dedicated antibiotic free facility. Using locally sourced anti-biotic free corn and leveraging priority process we produce a variety of anti-biotic free alcohols which is often required for various pharmaceutical, personal care, food and flavor applications among others. The Chatham distillery’s logistics capabilities are second-to-none with robust rail shipping access.
Chatham Distillery is also home to one of our most innovative Sustainability projects – it is collocated next to a tomato farm which consumes our carbon emissions, lowering the carbon footprint and energy costs for both facilities.
