Donald Williams

Donald “Donny” Williams is Vice President, Global Supply Chain & Procurement. He provides enterprise-wide leadership and expertise overseeing our worldwide supply chain infrastructure, logistics, demand planning, procurement, inventory strategy, and supplier partnerships across all Greenfield Global operations. Donny ensures uninterrupted supply, a competitive cost structure, and operational excellence.

Donny brings more than 20 years of experience in complex manufacturing environments and is recognized for turning strategy into measurable results through disciplined cost reduction, freight optimization, and supply resilience. Prior to joining Greenfield Global, Donny served as Chief Operating Officer at a global packaging manufacturer serving fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies and as Chief Operating Officer at a global telecommunications company. He brings strong operational, financial and analytic rigor to supply chain, procurement, and enterprise decision-making.

Donny holds an MBA from the University of New Haven where he still serves as an adjunct professor. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Connecticut.
