Jean Roberge

Jean joined Greenfield Global Inc. in 1997 and leads Greenfield’s Renewable Energy business unit. Jean oversees all of Greenfield’s renewable energy projects, from the development of technology to playing a leading role in building government policies for a more sustainable future. Jean was previously Project Development Manager, General Manager of Greenfield’s Varennes facility, and Vice President of Renewable Energy Strategies.

Jean’s distinguished career is build on solid experience in development, design, implementation and operation of complex industrial projects. Before joining ­Greenfield, he was a project engineer with Hydro-Québec, Vice President of Engineering for a major Quebec-based consulting firm and headed his own consulting group from 1992 to 1997.

Jean graduated with high honours from The Polytechnique Montréal with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in electrical engineering.
